The range



The same oak as for the Révélation barrel is used, but steam bending makes the tannin more elegant and increases the sensation of minerality on the palate. The barrel is very well-suited to white wines, but can also contribute finesse and elegance to certain more acidic red wine varieties, such as Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo

Steam bending: the barrel is plunged into a vapour cell at a temperature of about 100°C for twenty minutes. This opens the pores of the oak and degrades tannins deep down.
